Matthew is a commercial litigator with practical experience in crypto asset matters in the London Commercial Court and in the context of co ordinated cross border litigation His practice involves him regularly appearing in court and in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations, both as sole counsel and led by a QC Matthew is the author of ‘A Practical Guide to Cyber Fraud Litigation’, which includes a section on crypto assets He has previously addressed industry events on the topic of crypto assets, including events organised by the Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association, the Tech Disputes Network and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
