About the Webinar
Protecting corporate reputation, recovering debts and pursuing good commercial claims is as important as ever, in fact, arguably even more so in the COVID-19 world. The flexibility provided by dispute resolution funding and the support of recovery specialists creates a new way to protect corporate interests: to maximise the value of claims while minimising the potential downside. In this presentation, world-leading specialists from Omni Bridgeway will explain how businesses in Asia are using these sophisticated finance and recovery tools, including a discussion of the role of funders in the dispute process and how this fits in the Hong Kong context.
