About the Event

In 2021, as authorized by the FIAMC committee, CIETAC held the first China national round of the FIAMC and further expanded the scale of the moot court in China.

To further promote the notion of international investment arbitration in China’s law schools and cultivate the next generation of legal talents in this field, CIETAC is intended to hold the 14th edition of the FIAMC-CIETAC Chinese (Mainland) National Round in late January of 2022. In addition, CIETAC is intended to commence the 2021 Summer/Fall International Investment Arbitration Course for the purposes of offering professional courses and practical guidance of international arbitration to the moot court participants, arbitrators/mediators of CIETAC’s panels and the general public, by inviting experts and experienced practitioners in the field of investment law and investment arbitration to deliver well-structured lectures, workshops and seminars, etc.
