Raymond Yang is a senior associate in the Hong Kong office of Mayer Brown.
Raymond is also a PRC qualified lawyer and has extensive experience in advising clients on PRC laws in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters, including Inbound and Outbound M&A, General Corporate, Real Estate and Construction, International Trade, Insolvency and Liquidation and etc. Being participant of training schemes for young Chinese lawyers, Raymond worked as visiting lawyer in the leading law firms and barrister’s chambers in London (2008-2009) and Australia (2010) respectively.
Raymond now focuses his practice in the areas of international arbitration and litigation, and is experienced in acting for both Chinese and international clients in a broad spectrum of cross-border arbitration and litigation cases.
