Professor Pierre Tercier, Chairman of ICC International Court of Arbitration and Ms. Khong Cheng Yee, Director of ICC Arbitration and ADR in Asia met with the HKIArb President, Mr. Gary Soo and other Council members on 30 August 2007 during their visit to Hong Kong.

Apart from exchange on the latest development in arbitration in Hong Kong, the ICC International Court of Arbitration also indicated interests in encouraging more participation from Hong Kong arbitrators in arbitration and ADR activities of ICC.
