Urumqi International Arbitration Forum 2007 at Urumqi, Xinjiang on 8-9 August 2007

	The conference on "Urumqi International Arbitration Forum 2007", with representatives from CCPTI Xinjiang Office, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, The Qinzhou Arbitration Commission, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and CCPIT Xinjiang Mediation Centre, was successfully held at Urumqi, Xinjiang on 8-9 August 2007.
There are some 250 delegates in this conference.  On 8 August 2007, Mr. Gary Soo, as President of HKIArb was invited to introduce the ad hoc arbitration system in Hong Kong and had focused his speech on the features of the ad hoc arbitration and the enforcement of arbitral awards in Hong Kong.
